Hotel a Swan Bay

“Our room was compact but was clean, well maintained and had everything one needs for a short stay. The fridge, toilet, shower and extractor fan in the bathroom, as well as the air-conditioner in the room all worked well. The mattress was comfortable. The staff allowed us an earlier check in. There's a pizzeria close by that does brekky and opens every morning at 7am. A nice stay in a pretty place.”

“Room was very clean, parking was good, enjoyed our stay, easy access to bowling club”

“Very nice and very clean. Very responsive to helping us. Great stay for an overnight. Will definitetly use in the future”

“Just what we needed for an overstay, clean, easy to access, and staff were friendly”

“This was our second stay in the past two months and once again all the staff were very helpful and considerate. A special mention for Mariela who once again was very personable and professional in helping us, given one of us had a temporary mobility issue to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.”

“We found the 2 bedroom villa to be very well laid out with 2 ensuite bathrooms. I also found the staff to be extremely understanding about a booking mix up that I had. Very pleasant location near the marina and handy to the cafes next to the water.”

We appreciated Rick Stein’s thoughtful acknowledgement of our anniversary at the end of our meal. For a luxury resort,...

“GOOD”

“Very good and large room. Clean and confortable. You can easily reach by car Newcastle the beautiful beaches of Port Stephen. Breakfasts were included in the good price.”

“Room was comfortable. Had everything you would need. No room service/cleaning on weekends.”

“E' una struttura bella e confortevole, nuova e attrezzata per attività all'area aperta. Davvero bella la piscina. L'area in cui è collocata non offre molto, ma è vicinissima al centro commerciale e a pochi minuti di auto da Nelson Bay.”

“Very welcoming staff, great for a 4 night stay with easy access to a washing machine. The kitchen facilities in the room were great and the bathroom a good size (with a good size basin top for all your toiletries). Also had a nice outdoor area for sitting attached to each room. Close to Coles supermarket too. Only downside is that it may be due an aesthetic reno if you’re looking for a really modern place to stay.”
